Master Stylist & Owner
Stella’s extensive experience and artistic vision make her the go-to stylist for clients who want to achieve a unique and fashionable look. She’s also passionate about educating our junior stylists.

Stella has been a hair stylist for over 18 years now. She is very passionate about her job and is known for her experienced technique in hair cutting, chemical work, hair updo and make-up. Stella has received Vidal Sassoon advanced class training in London, as well as the make up program at Blanche Macdonald Centre in Vancouver.

Not only is Stella responsible and thoughtful of what her clients need, she wishes for the to have a happy and enjoyable experience everytime they come to her at the salon. In addition, Stella specializes in the Japanese Straightening perm, talented with bridal make up and is also updated with ladies trends.

Adonica

Senior Stylist, 10+ years experience

Suki is a professionally trained stylist with 15 years of working experience. She specializes in chemical work such as color and streaks, selective highlights, Japanese hair straightening and curling perm. In addition, she is very patient and will consult with you about your preferences, taking into consideration your hair type and texture, length and condition, and the shape of your face in order to create the most beautiful and flattering style that suits you.

Kevin began his career through training at the locally renowned Blache Macdonald Centre. He has been with Backstage Hair Salon since 2011. In that time he has mastered a wide ranges of hair cutting and styling techniques. However, his specialty is cutting edge men's cut, Kevin stays updated on all the latest trends so that he can give you the look you want. As a professional he is committed to consistently providing you with excellent customer service. Senior Stylist, 19 years experience
Toby became a hairdresser and received her Cosmetologists Association of British Columbia Certificate in 2002. Ever since, she has worked at celebrities hair salon in Taiwan, Essensuals Toni & Guy in Hong Kong, also she has been with Backstage Hair Studio for over 9 years. Over the years, she was a part time educator for advanced hairdressing courses at Toni & Guy, leader and image direction of hair shows and fashion shows. She loves to design contemporary new styles for both genders and a variety of hair types, with a burning desire to do great work. Her creativity based on the client's facial structure and hair conditions by using her skillful technique, consults with clients with reference to new styles, updos, colors, perms providing experienced guidance. Her thoughtful consultations and useful home care tips will assure you. She believes that the best part of her job is making the client look effortlessly chic, but still showing your own personality.
